He has won many court cases against the National Bank of Greece regarding the fraud and theft it performed with the case of the “Bank of Anatolia”, validating his personal shares and that he is the only legal holder of shares from the "Bank of Anatolia" in Greece.
He has also won a court case against Adonis Georgiadis (Former Minister of Health) in 2013, which verifies the existence of the $600 billion US in favour of the "Sovereign Democracy of Ellas", a second court case in 2017 where the regime desperately tried to defame the first decision, and even a third court case in 2019 where he was acquitted of 8 charges, including the spreading of false news regarding the 600 billion, but in their desperate attempt to slow the growth of Ellinon Syneleysis, was imprisoned on a "last minute" charge for a "possible future attempt at fraud".
He has performed every legal process to download a portion of funds from the Global Heritage Accounts of Greece (known as Global Debt Facility) amounting to $2.3 Trillion for structural and development projects all over Greece and abroad, receiving validations and confirmations from key international institutions including the FED (Federal Reserve), the World Bank Group, the United Nations, ALPHA and OMEGA Station, OITC (Office of International Treasury Control) etc.
