THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NEVER RESPONDED TO THE EXTRAJUDICIAL NOTICES OR IN REGARDS TO THE ACTUAL PROPOSAL
§ 28.09.2012 Artemis Sorras sends a letter to all State Authorities regarding the notification of the submitted funding proposal which was lodged at the embassy of Greece in New York.
“No proposal, offer or notification has ever been received by the ministry and the government in general, in regards to the rumoured 600 billion euros, which has supposedly been collected to be invested in Greece.
At the present moment, when a huge effort is being made to seal an expense package of 11.5 billion euros and in order to secure the next instalment of the loan by our partners, any information regarding a “treasure discovery” offered to pay our debts, can only be considered as a joke.
But since the Greek people are providing and continue to provide bloody sacrifices in order to remove us from the crisis, it would be wise for these various “gold diggers” to at least provide some basis of seriousness”.
§ 01.10.2012 – Award: The Hellenic Benefactor’s Society decides to award Artemis Sorras as a National Benefactor, at an event that it organised at the Offices of the European Parliament in Athens.
§ 03.10.2012 – Invitation to dinner at the Athenian Club: Artemis Sorras is invited to dinner at the Athenian Club in order to discuss his funding proposal. At this dinner were officials from the inner circle of the Government, who communicated that the Governing Body has a positive outlook and has offered to organise a meeting with him to discuss the processes needed in order to proceed with the download of the funds. As soon as they were informed of the two conditions, namely the audit of the debt and the assigning of responsibilities to those who were involved in the misappropriation of public funds from 1974 onwards, problems arose.
§ 17.10.2012 – Extrajudicial Notifications to the Greek Government and the Bank of Greece: Mr. Sorras sends extrajudicial notices to the Greek Government, the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Greece (all these have been notified towards the Greek parliament and the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court).
§ 02.11.2012 Letter – Reply from the President of the Hellenic Parliament Mr. Meimarakis to Mr. Sorras stating the following: “In response to your 2/11/2012 extrajudicial request, I inform you that the issues you are referring to do not fall under the jurisdiction of the President of the Hellenic Parliament. Please address the relative Ministry”.
§ 02.11.2012 On the same day, Mr. Sorras addresses the Minister of Finance, Mr. Stournaras, who in turn replied with the following: “The request is notified to (G. Provopoulos, Director of the Bank of Greece, V. Mastrokalos, the Deputy General Director of the Public Debt Management Agency [PDMA – ΟΔΔΗΧ] and the 23rd Directorate General Accounting Office [GAO] of the State). We competently forward you the request that was served to the Minister of Finance, Mr. Y. Stournaras. Please, within your competence, for any actions you may take. Christos-Georgios Skertsos, Chief of Staff of the Minister of Finance”.
After this, Artemis Sorras sent an extrajudicial notification to the Minister of Finance, Mr. Stournaras, requesting a reply. No action ever occurred thereafter and no reply was EVER given on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Greece.

§ 16.11.2012 Consequently, Artemis Sorras files a complaint AGAINST the governor of the Bank of Greece Mr. Provopoulos and the Director of the Financial Operations Department of the Bank of Greece, Mr. Zervoudakis for defamation relating to the announcement by the Bank of Greece on 4/10/2013 regarding allegations about the proposal of the 600 billion dollars. And a complaint against the newspaper “ETHNOS” for being a co-perpetrator in the defamation.

§ 30.05.2013 After, he followed with a proposal to buy 10% of the shares of the National bank, after the National Bank’s announcement – invitation to search for capital for the capitalisation of the bank otherwise there was a risk of its bankruptcy. Mr. Sorras’ lawyer as proxy for him, created an offer for funding the National Bank’s increase in share capital with the amount of 1.171 BILLION EUROS IN CASH.
There was absolutely no statement or comment on behalf of the Bank.
§ 13.06.2013 THE NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE eventually announces to its investors that “…in scope of the law, the minimal shareholding by the private sector regarding the increase of Share Capital has been accomplished, accumulating an amount above 10% of the total amount of the increase from existing investors and it will not proceed with the issue and disposition of contingently convertible bonds…”
§ 28.06.2013 A court eventuates after Adonis Georgiadis files a charge for spreading false information accusing him that his proposal was not real, that the offered International Bills of Exchange have not been deposited and are not legal. Artemis Sorras submits all of the evidential documents and he is Acquitted by the 8th First Instance Magistrates Court of Athens No. 67650/2013 and the file is lodged together with Charges he submitted requesting prosecutors to investigate the matter.
CONCLUSION
Every Greek citizen has the right to know these countless attempts performed for the disengagement from the memorandums of shame, the loans and the acts of usury by third parties, so that we can have a course of sustainability and development.
1. No financial exchange was requested for the assignation.
2. No bonds were requested to be given (as reassurance) before the transfer, control and disbursement of the titles and the funds are already located within the account which are readily available for use.
3. No additional reassurances were requested to balance today’s low value of the Greek and Cypriot bonds, and the exchange occurs at 1:1 instead of 1:6, which occurs with our loan shark lenders today.
4. No exchange or binding of State resources, land, borders, State properties etc, were requested.
WHAT WAS REQUESTED, WAS THE STRICT INVESTIGATION OF HOW THE DEBT WAS CREATED AND THE RESULTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE PARLIAMENT AS WELL AS THE GREEK PEOPLE; AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE, THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM WILL JUDGE HOW TO LOGICALLY PROCEED.
