This text can be found in his monumental work "History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire" and is also mentioned in the book "Trial" (Bill) by Bill Grimstad, publisher of "Arian Press Incorporation", published in 1973, USA, and whose writing lasted from 1776 to 1788.
